History

The medical history dialogs utilize an intuitive and effective Common/Topic/All design.

All - The All tab can be used to search for the correct choice by typing the first few letters of the choice.

Topics - The Topics tab breaks down the content by topic categories. (For example, Past Medical History is broken down by GI, Neurological, Musculoskeletal, etc)

Common - The Common tab is a user-defined short list of the things that are used most often. This reduces the clutter and allows clinicians to click the Admits or Denies column header to select all the common choices listed.
