Patient Instructions

Medinotes e comes with a large number of specialty and general patient instructions for you to use. Your office can also create custom patient instructions. Unlike traditional printed patient instructions, Charting Plus instructions can include specific data fields and informational macros to personalize the instruction for each patient.

For example: a document can use a macro to specify that they should limit their activity for certain period of time. The macro would then allow the physician to select the specific number of hours or days before the patient can resume their regular activity level.
