Problem List

Medinotes e includes a comprehensive Problem List feature which allows you or your staff to review all past or current problems and update the status or add a comment.

Problem Lists may be derived from the patient's diagnosis, treatment or through free-text addition of the problem. Problems are color-coded by status, so it is easy for your staff to understand which problems are improving and which are worsening.
